This class focuses on real-life self-defense drills for adults.

The age is for persons 13 and up only!

Younger students can attend only if they hold a dan rank in any martial art and first speak with Mr. McMurray to ask for special permission to join this adult class.

This class meets once a week, usually 3 times a month. The off day/week will be announced ahead of time and made clear well ahead of time.
